The Laser is one of the most popular single-handed dinghies in the world. The boat is high-performance and relatively low cost. The Laser also provides very competitive racing for ALL AGES due to the very tight class association controls which eliminate differences in hull, sails and equipment. The lasers sail on Wednesday nights in the Spring, Summer and Fall.
The Corinthian Sailing Club was invited to participate in the Texas Challenge at Lakewood Yacht Club in Kemah. Four sailors, Tom Miller, Paul Miller, Mark Babb and Rachel Mittman, represented CSC to sail against nine other Texas yacht clubs in RS 21s. CSC was well represented with a 4th place finish in 25 - 35 mph wind conditions. Thanks to CSC for the support and we look forward to next year.
