The Corinthian Sailing Club is located within a city park on beautiful White Rock Lake in Dallas, Texas. CSC was chartered in 1939. From the beginning, the purpose of CSC has been to promote the sport of sailing and sailboat racing in North Texas. The all volunteer club focuses on racing with a well attended racing program and club sponsored regattas held year round. The club is nationally known for its excellent sailors and fine race management. The club also has an active youth program and teaches adult sailing. The club sponsors several charitable events and many social activities each year.
The first sessions have been successfully completed and we are half way through the second sessions. In spite of face masks and social distancing, all seem to be having and good time and learning a lot. There are still a few slots available in the 3rd session that starts July 13. This a 2 week general camp that is suitable for all skill levels. Click title to see more.
The 2020 Commodore's Cup and July 4th Party have both been cancelled. They have also fallen victim to COVID-19 virus. See you in 2021.
The new kitchen was installed in the club house this week. It is just outstanding and should serve the club well. This is just part of the many improvements that Mark Mihm has made to the club over the last year or so. We have tried to capture the current state of the club facilities in the Club History in the Facilities 2020 section.
